The questions we get asked
Is my content used to train an AI?
No. The server keeps neither your content nor your keys: each request is relayed to your SPIP then forgotten. You use your own Claude or ChatGPT account, with its own guarantees.
Who controls what the AI can do?
SPIP does. The connector uses each user's personal API key: the AI inherits exactly their rights. An editor cannot publish, an administrator can. Revoking a key cuts access immediately.
Which assistants does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, and any MCP-compatible client — it's an open standard, published in late 2024 and adopted by the major players. The same connector serves all your tools, with no rewrite.
What if I cancel the subscription?
Your SPIP site stays intact: the plugin deactivates in one click, your content stays with you. Only the MCP server shuts down. No lock-in, no proprietary format.
