The service is hosted on Kimoun's infrastructure in France (OVH data centers).

The trial key gives access to a shared SPIP demo site, with an editor account (creating and editing one's own content, without publishing).
The demo site is reset periodically, without notice: content, accounts and trial keys created between two resets are deleted.
Any unlawful, defamatory or otherwise illegal content is forbidden; Kimoun may revoke a key or delete content at its discretion, without notice.
The demo service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or of any kind.

Offer: monthly subscription to the MCP connector for SPIP (Solo, Studio and Edition plans, described on the pricing page) and a one-time setup service, charged on the first invoice.
Prices: displayed prices are net. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code (CGI).
Payment: online via Stripe (secure payment). The subscription renews tacitly each month and is cancellable at any time, free of charge, from the customer portal or by simple request to support — cancellation takes effect at the current term. With annual billing (10 months paid for 12 months served), the paid period runs to its end.
Delivery: after payment, Kimoun contacts you within one business day to schedule the installation (SPIP plugin, dedicated server, onboarding).
Professional customers: the service is aimed at professionals; the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts between professionals.
End of contract: upon cancellation, your SPIP site stays intact — the plugin deactivates, your content stays with you; only the dedicated MCP server shuts down.

The email address entered on the trial form is used solely to create the demo account and send the trial key. It is not used for any prospecting without your consent.
It is stored in the demo site and deleted at the next periodic reset.
The server keeps neither API keys nor the content of your AI agent's exchanges; keys only transit to authenticate each request.
Cookies: none. This site works without any cookie or local storage, including technical ones — verifiable in your browser dev tools.
Audience measurement: Umami, free software (MIT license) self-hosted by Kimoun on its own infrastructure in France (mesure.kimoun.com, OVH). No tracker, no browser fingerprinting, IP address not stored: visits are counted through an anonymous salted-hash identifier rotated every calendar month. No consent required; aggregated data, shared with no third party.
Emails: no pixel or open tracker; some links carry aggregate campaign parameters (utm) with no individual identifier.
